• DITTO To You (Get One Month Free of Sunglasses)

    ditto endless eyewear
I love this time of year because from Thanksgiving onwards, I can’t help but feel the holiday spirit in the air. I can just walk along Fifth Avenue and the feeling is everywhere. There are fairy lights shining bright from every window display, little Christmas trees being sold on the corners, and the holiday sales…well, as we New Yorkers say, “Fuh-getta-bout-it!” Better than shopping, however, is what the holidays are all about. The spirit of giving. A little corny, I know. Haha guess I’m getting softer in my older years, but it’s so true, isn’t it? Anyhoo, here’s a gift I’d like to give to all of you, my lovely readers. I’d like to give you one month free of DITTO’s Endless Eyewear program! What’s DITTO, you may ask? Just keep on reading for the deets…

DITTO is an online eyewear shop that specializes in offering thousands of styles from over 50 top designer brands. Their eyewear collection is amazing! As a self-confessed sunglasses addict, I definitely felt like a kid in a candy shop when browsing their sunnies. But they don’t just carry sunglasses, they have a gorgeous collection of eyglasses too.

What I love most about signing up with DITTO is their subscription service called Endless Eyewear. As a member of Endless Eyewear you can rent out any of the new and exclusive frames in their collection. Keep your favorite pair for as long as you want or swap it out for something new for as often as you like. You also have the option of buying the pair of frames you have, in the event you realize you can’t live without them. Members also get 15% off every purchase!

Renting out frames is as easy as 1-2-3. All you have to do is create an account, choose your favorite pair, and press the ‘swap for this pair’ button. See? 1-2-3! They have a lot of frames to choose from, but browsing through DITTO’s extensive collection is a cinch too. I usually search for sunglasses by style. For me, I love cat eye frames because they suit my face shape the best. But you can look around by designer, color, or price as well.

Another way you can choose the perfect frames for you is by virtually trying on a pair using your webcam. Actually DITTO is the name of the video of your face from your phone or your webcam that allows you to virtually try on a pair from every angle. In the end, I chose a fab pair of cat eye frames by Preen. I love Preen. Their sunglasses are always so fun and unique.

This is the outfit I wore for Thanksgiving dinner. I definitely wanted to find a pair of frames that were versatile to wear with many different looks but still playful enough for all the holiday festivities. A subscription to DITTO couldn’t be more perfect for this time of year. Between all the Christmas parties and the end of the year get-togethers to go to, you can have a different pair of frames for every event.

I’ve already swapped this pair out for this layered cat eye frame from Victoria Beckham. I can’t wait to get it in the mail! Actually I wanted to rent it out before, but it was unavailable then. One tip I can give you when using Endless Eyewear is try adding at least eight to nine options in your favorites list when you start out. Trust me, it won’t be hard finding different alternatives to your list! Availability for popular frames can be limited, so it’s good to have a few backups just in case.
