Farewell 2013, Hello 2014!

It’s truly been such a wonderful year, made sweeter with the following. When I decided to start my vintage shop online I knew I’d be embarking on a big and arduous journey. There were highs and there were lows. This year I learned so much, have grown so much (not just with my business, but as a person), and can truly say I’m stronger and wiser.

So, I’m proverbially lifting my glass and saying, “Here’s to another kick ass year! May we all rock on and keep doing what makes us happy.”

Let’s look back at the past year at CutandChicVintage and look forward to a bigger and better 2014!

Started 2013 with a bang! Is there any other way?

A new set design and plenty of new vintage finds. Can you tell I was totally into color this year?

I’m always on the go! The year before I was vintage hunting from London to New York. This year it was from New York to L.A.

Getting to work. With vintage finds comes vintage care. It’s all in a day’s work.

Call me the seeker. I’m constantly on the lookout for chic, glamourous, and cool vintage finds.

Very honored to be featured on both of these fabulous blogs, Messages on a Napkin and Eccentric Owl!

Vintage lingerie was a big seller this year, as were the vintage bags! I also debuted a new postcard design later in the year. What do you guys think?

December was a big month overall, but the best achievement for me was participating in a cause I wholeheartedly believe in. Dressember 2013 has so far raised over $115K worldwide to help the International Justice Mission put an end to modern day slavery and human trafficking.

Here’s a little preview into my latest vintage finds. Look out for them in the new year! Ring on 2014!
