Last week’s OOTD post was dedicated to my last ever outfit post taken via mirror selfie. If you want, you can catch it here. Today, I’m posting my first ever OOTD post in front of the camera. Please excuse me for a moment as I indulge in a little self-congratulatory “raise the roof” action. As I touched upon in last week’s post, I’m not entirely comfortable being in front of the camera. Even as these shots were being taken it took a while for me to warm up to it and shake off the initial awkwardness. There were definitely a few weirdo faces along the way, but thankfully a few came out alright!
In any case, I’m proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and “mixing it up,” in other words doing something I didn’t think I would ever do.
Bringing it back to the fashion though (this is a style blog after all), the type of mixing it up I am comfortable with, is sartorially, i.e. vintage with modern, quirky bicycle print with traditional check pattern, or pretty dress with edgy sandals—and what do ya know? All of those just so happen to make it in this outfit post 😉
